Embroidery Hoop Earring Storage

Embroidery Hoop Earring Storage by Wilde Designs
With a piece of lace playing a supporting role for a few additional pairs

When my husband’s grandmother passed away, I got her craft stuff, which was pretty epic. Some of it is for crochet and knitting, and I’m still looking for new homes for it. Some of it was awesome stuff like tons of lace ranging from new to vintage. I’ve slowly been finding new projects, and looking at pins like this and this finally settled me on the “big project” for a large swatch of lace.

I admit that it didn’t fit perfectly. There are small open areas on the sides – but it’s on a white wall for now, so it doesn’t show. All I had to do was take a big embroidery hoop (also a hand me down from Wes’ grandma) and stretch the lace across. Then I used a rotary cutter and scissors to shear it off around the edge, tied a ribbon to the top, and voila!

I also added another small swatch of lace on the side for some dangly pairs that had posts instead of just hooks to make them more accessible. So how do YOU organize your earrings?
