What’s your return and exchange policy?
Returns are allowed within 30 days if items arrive damaged (photos of the damage are preferred) due to issues with how the item was packed or if other problems are encountered with item quality. Cases are reviewed on an individual basis. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with the process and their purchase.
Due to the nature of gift giving, we extend our return window to 60 days for orders placed November 20 – December 25.
When possible, we prefer to exchange the item or even repair it if that’s a viable solution to any issues. We want people to get the item they ordered and have it to love for a long time to come. Contact us if you are uncertain about how to proceed.
Do you ship outside the US?
Absolutely! We actually get really excited to work with customers out of the country and see all the cool places our items are headed. Shipping costs more, unfortunately, but the happy mail you get in exchange is well worth it. Having issues with international shipping at check out? Contact us!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. The average is closer to 3 days. Believe me, I know, I want my stuff right away too. With that in mind, I generally make multiple trips to the post office per week when there are orders to fill so everyone can get their stuff ASAP. Custom orders or items requiring “cure time” for glue, resin, or other factors may take an extra couple of days to pack up after the order is placed. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Is everything really handmade?
Everything in the shop is made by either myself, my husband, or sometimes both of us together. Some are created from scratch, some are assembled from purchased parts, but all have been touched by and put together by us in some form or fashion. In the case of clothing, mugs, and a few other odds and ends, Printful does the making and we do the conceptualizing and design work. If you ever have questions about how a specific item was made, let us know! Are you a fellow maker who sees something and wants to know where to get certain findings? If I know where it came from, I’m happy to tell you!
How do you package your items?
While packaging varies depending on the type of item and whether it comes directly from Wilde Designs or through Printful, we do have a standard process. Most jewelry, buttons, and other dimensional items ship in padded envelopes. Inside the envelope, items are secured in recyclable tissue paper along with a business card (if available) and a thank you note or card. Prints or other flat items generally ship in either a padded envelope with cardboard included for structure or flat envelope. Either way, the print will be inside a plastic sleeve of some sort to protect against weather damage.
