Dean Winchester isn’t just one of the coolest and most emotionally stunted guys in the world (look, no one’s perfect), he’s also pretty dang easy to cosplay.

Over the years, I’ve done a few different versions of Dean. The central things needed to make it recognizable are:

• a pair of jeans in dark or medium wash
• an anti-possession tattoo
• a tank top or t-shirt for layering
• flannel or work shirt for layering
• an olive drab, tan, or other “work” or casual military jacket for layer
• a Samulet
• a toy gun or faux angel blade is always nice to have (I painted set of these guns)
